Fill in your pet's details below, or indeed those of a friend or relative's dog if ordering a present. Then use the secure Paypal link and your chosen dog will forever be included on the 'PlusBreed Register' and assigned its own unique registration number.
In return you will also receive, by post, a high quality A4 certificate printed on 100g laid paper, similar to the smaller sample shown here which demonstrates that you are, "Proud of your pet".
Alternatively, send the relevant details of your dog as shown below. Include a delivery address, with a cheque for £10.75 (£9.50 + £1.25 p&p) made out to "PlusBreeds", to: PlusBreeds, Ash Cottage,St. Giles Road, Swanton Novers,Melton Constable,Norfolk, NR24 2RB.
PlusBreeds.com will donate £1 to local dog rehoming centres in the UK for every dog that is entered onto the PlusBreed register. Tell us about your local centre if you feel it deserves support.
